The developer is Thaynes Canyon Development based in Park City. They come into the development world with a reputation for building high-end luxury residential mountain homes, most notably in Park City, Tuhaye and Red Ledges. Their success is rooted in the Midwest where their construction and business background started as a generational family business throughout the state of Wisconsin.
Meet the Builder.
The builder is Barr Construction, who has over 15 years of commercial and residential construction experience, completing over 225 projects projects totaling over $1B Net Value built. Barr Construction have built several energy efficient and award winning projects and have a wide range of expertise in design/ build, pre-construction, and construction management services.
How many Townhomes will the development consist of?
25 total Townhomes.
What are the square footages of each Townhome?
Each townhome, with a few exceptions, will feature a generous layout comprising 3,000 square feet of residential living space, complemented by 1,000 square feet of rooftop deck access. Additionally, there will be 1,500 square feet dedicated to a versatile garage, storage area, or wellness gym. This brings the total livable square footage to an impressive 4,500 square feet, excluding the rooftop access.
What can I expect to be delivered by the developer?
Buyers have the opportunity to either 'build to suit' or choose from our curated selection of floor plans, complete with an interior design package at a fixed price point. Flexibility is key, and we are committed to meeting the specific needs and desires of each buyer.

Property Taxes have not been established yet however, we anticipate they will be around 1.17% annually.
How many phases are in the development process?
The development will consist of three phases. Phase One features Building One, situated at the highest point of the site, offering six townhomes. Following this, Buildings Two and Three will be developed, comprising an additional 19 townhomes.
Will prices increase throughout the different phases released for sale?
Yes, we anticipate price increases throughout each phase of the development.
